All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after working hours or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.


2. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to:

  • United Kingdom

If you require delivery outside of these areas, please contact us before placing your order.


3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 working days
  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


6. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including:

7. Incorrect Address

  • Leave the parcel in a safe place
  • Return the item to us

If the item is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
